More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island among the images.

Also contained in this new photograph drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Additional materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
